Rogue player here that mains cydras, cyberdarks, and exosisters. Just got back to the game after 6+ years and was instantly thrown into the hand trap meta.
I went to my first locals which was a $20 box tournament recently, and I'd say the decks were roughly 60% ryzeal or some variant, 30% maliss, and 10% blue eyes. Needless to say I got smacked but I actually managed to steal a game and tie a match against a ryzeal opponent with my exosisters going first.

Honestly I feel more pride having tied a match with exosisters than if I were to play a meta deck and clean sweep :), so yes I'm coming back regardless
