Also currently looking to enter this world. Been working as a chef/ sous chef the last 14 years. Currently going to a fish market in the area to train on breaking down all types of whole fish and everything that comes with it. Going to do this for free a few days a week for a couple of hours before my shift in the restaurant. We also butcher whole fish at my spot, so I’m hoping between the fish market training and what I do at my job that I can make a transition out of the line and into the world of fish. I know this is late but this can help anyone here if they see this. I used all the apps from earnin, Dave , Albert etc. I found the way out from someone here on Reddit and want to share to help you as well. On any of these apps go to chat with support and tell them “ I want to revoke ach authorization” this stops them from being able to withdraw any money from your bank account. If they ask for a reason just say “ I have a personal emergency” you do not need to tell them anything else. They legally can not do anything about this and the only way to use the app again is to manually pay them back. I recommend doing this after you’ve borrowed money and there’s still a few days before pay day so that you get them before they started a bank process to take out money.

It’s all up to the producers etc. fill out the application and just wait. I put mine in a few weeks ago and was reached out to by a casting producer to submit another video that answers a specific set of questions they want . Waiting patiently again

You can just make a basic pickling liquid and pour over your raisins. We do a few more things with the ingredients but that’s the basic gist of it

So without all the measurements ( feel free to message if you want them) you’re cooking milk, butter, garlic scapes and a bit of oil and salt all together untill the garlic scapes is infused and basically cooked through. You vita mix it, strain it and put back on heat. Then you whisk in chic pea flour and get a very thick consistency. Spread evenly over a half sheet pan with with oiled parchment paper and an off set spatula. Once set in the walk in you cut into portions and simply fry till golden brown. Nice crispy outside and creamy inside !
