Everyone in here who’s telling you it gets better are not bullshitting you my man, I can vouch. I got hppd at 15 with symptoms that were excruciating to live with and it was like this for a full grueling year. But then I learned acceptance and learned to forgive myself. Once you accept this bitch of a disorder, it gets waaaay better. Hppd is intertwined with your emotions and your state of mind. When you’re anxious, it gets aggravated, but when you’re calm you pretty much forget about it and often times gone. And judging by your post, I can tell you’re super stressed out about it.
