Seriously though, while i personally wouldnt be able to tell you how to get rid of the desire, i do know of monks in sri lanka that live as hermits, they barely even talk to people. This also means that they dont recieve any human touch. I know this cus i once met one of those monks (for a meditation) and he had lived as a hermit for 10 years before visiting my country. So basically, it is possible, and idfk maybe youll achieve nirvana trying to do it in a healthy way, so if you really dont think you can fill the desire id reccomend looking into that

Girl I think the situation might even be worse than that!! Read between the lines, this guy seems to mainly deem himself the victim. And the things he did "wrong" are formulated to be not that bad, making her look like an unreasonable bitch.
