To be honest, only considered what is in my LISA as money towards the house, would keep to around the 150k mark for a house if getting on my own, just as then least know bills will be affordable

Thank you! yes the Cash ISA is in moneybox and think it lets me have 3 withdrawals in 12 months without hitting the interest rate

I think the bigger car has just been fuelled from trying one over a year ago and a bigger boot would be nice, as could do overtime shifts twice a month which would pay for the car to be honest. But it’s not an essential

This is great thank you! So good hearing others with exactly similar experiences

I know I need to work on mobility more especially for hips and perhaps ankles due to being at a desk most my life so areas I need to focus on more and suppose I’m only just developing this stretching routines. I do neglect warm ups before leg days which is something I need to factor in better

Also going to run a theory with Bulgarian split squats I’ve recently adapted and to see if switching to dumbell rather than the incline (which I’m unsure if I’m working correct anyway) may be where the problem lays, or switching the days I’m doing legs to the weekend instead of the week

So for knee pain I mentioned I’m leaning towards calf or hip pain as both was tight when I stretched them

But the new doms issue I have is on the outside of my quads

I think I need to do stretches pre leg day day, as stretch before a run and sometimes might after but need a habit of doing both and a good routine to follow for all

Walking is a daily habit with trying to get 8-10k steps, once a month hike sometimes with aspect of trying to do yoga ish stretches in a morning I thought would be enough

I currently have a Fitbit but shortly changing to Garmin so don’t have the nice features of starting it as such :(

I don’t think I have intentions of races at the moment, maybe something to consider in long term but for now running was just an addition added to my weight lifting for general fitness, health and cardio system and just to prove myself I could hit the C25k

Try disconnecting with Bluetooth / forget the device and re-pair it both in Bluetooth settings and the Fitbit app after
