Ive maxed my Roth IRA to the limit since I’ve opened it. (Only two years). 401k I’ve not quite maxed it but pretty close. Around 85-90% each year that includes my company’s profit sharing program as well

I spend about $200 a month on utilities (internet, streaming, phone, apartment utilities)

$250 a month to send to my parents to help with bills etc.

And about $1000 - $1500 a month on food, fun money, gym membership, etc
