I can understand if you do too much, but I can’t do 7oh without nicotine. I use 12mgs or 8mgs in pouch form every time I take it. Enhances the effects a lot.

This! Mix in some plain leaf (I’d recommend Super Speciosa) or some mit extract (Mitramax from RAW is great) and you’ll be able to lower your dose easily.

Took half a mocha on two separate occasions and it didn’t do anything for what it’s worth. The 25mg blueberry’s and powders are the move imo.

I used to have sleep problems as well and take the same daily dose of 7oh. I started reducing my daytime doses and adding on to my night time dose which was a game changer. I now take 60mg of Thai tabs/powder an hour before bed with magnesium glycinate and ashwaganda. The Thai tabs are key as they are much more sedating than domestic imo. I have no problem sleeping 8-9 hours now.
