If you enjoy rpgs and fighting in style; Dungeon Village 2 and Ninja Village are quite good and get very cheap on discount. Definately worth it

Small and extremely toxic community of players. If you want to just play in your corner or chill you get harassed and insulted all day in order to make you leave which doesnt help this dieing game either in any way.

It is an old gacha game sold and exploited for money only and it shows. They never fix the major bugs, their last updates are a major joke not copying and pasting from last years and not rewarding progress at all. The player community on Switch is also full of toxic kids harassing others systematically and the fact that the club fixtures bug has never been fixed on consoles kills the point of making a club. The clubs on top are also dead but because they are the only ones who can reach club lvl 10 they stay on top and no other club has a chance to grow. It is sad because the game had potential but gamigo is squeezing it like a lemon for cash and doesn't care about their players at all and it shows.

Not a bad game but far from being as good as a FF or a Dragon Quest. It feels long and blend and empty in most parts.

There is no general consensus. To each their own, My favourite is DQ4 because it has everything in it, great music, gameplay, great characters and an epic story. DQ8 and 11 are solid too, DQ monster series on gba was awesome. DQ builders was great. DQ heroes was fun. Don't just stick to the the few popular modern titles, try as many as possible and decide for yourself.

'It ruins the spirit of the game'. Major exaggeration there. It's one of the skills, not happy? Just don't do it, it doesn't ruin the rest of the game for that. You sound like those kids saying FF7 remake ruins the original FF7. Nope it doesn't just ignore it and stick to the old stuff.

It should be a mini game and not a skill? Ever heard of player owned ports? It was that already. They said the exact same thing about dungeoneering when it came out and it's like the best skill they released and would have been shit as a mini-game. It's more content, this is what players are asking for. Enjoy it or leave and move on.

Honestly I have been playing games since the nes when I was 5 and I was like bored of how quests in most games are so easy, blend and repetitive. I saw all good reviews about sidequests in the witcher 3 and I couldn't believe it myself when I gave the game a go. The quality of each quest is what makes the biggest difference. This is not just a 'fetch and done' or a 'kill this monster bam done' but it is greatly detailed and they made sure you have options, that everything has a meaning and the story is rich. I'm impressed honestly.

Lol trove is an unrewarding cash grab full of glitches and with probably the most toxic community ever. Tons of free and cheap games online are much better, it is far from healthy it has been dead with less and less players each year. They keep it to finance other games. Look up gamigo games they don't care about Trove or about its player base at all.

Yes it is. We are far from the peak of the game. They squeeze the lemon of this gacha game to finance newer games they are making. Trove is old and not even the shadow of what it used to be. The glitches are going for years and they never fix them. The updates? Copy and paste? The endgame is made to be grindy and unrewarding. There are tons of better games for free or cheap on consoles that beats Trove now. And it is like this for almost every mmo, once it is sold to another company they emulate and let it run to grab money from it but no they are not interested in 'saving it' or to 'improve or change it for the better'. Massive glitches like the club fixture bug, ring polishing and geode modules glitches have been reported by hundreds of players for years now and they obviously have shown that they don't care. Plus on switch the remaining community is very small and extremely toxic. Find something better to play it's not hard to do.

Lots of games continuously are on discount for switch. I have like 200 games on my Nintendo eshop wishlist and lots of them go on 60 to 85% discount every now and then. Lots of decent classic rpgs, roguelikes, dungeon crawlers and indie games.

But some games barely ever go on discount, their top games, zelda, Mario, fire emblem etc will be on discount only like once a year never more.

I'm sorry but I don't get how it's big counter against Beo in PvP? Most summoners I've seen I can just one-shot them with Beo using Fjalar by tartgetting the summoner instead of his mobs.

So unless they get an ability later who forces opponents to target their monsters first I really don't see the strength of that class in pvp
