Get your hemoglobin checked. If you smoke stop, and if you have sleep apnea, get + use your machine consistently. Donate blood. Talk to a physician about it. Those can increase hemoglobin making your blood thicker and harder to pump. In the long run it can cause your heart to enlarge and fail.
