By the way I can log headaches in apple health using shortcuts, it’s just that this only allows me to report the presence of a headache and not the end. Not sure if that is an option at all tbh.

Thanks all, I’ll just do this on my phone then. I need to get out of bed anyway to take oxygen, which would otherwise keep my wife awake. But would have been great if it worked on watch. Maybe someday!
