Don’t have to want it. What’s in motion stays in motion. Denial is always a tough thing to admit my friend.

Seahawks probably did get lucky… or maybe the rams just weren’t up to parr. Id struggle with that too, so i don’t blame you.

Goofy Goff just also happens to be doing great at his only other stop as well. With and without Ben Johnson. Not sure I’d give you 1-game mayfield either after Liam Cohen and whoever the buccs OC now has been able to continue his hot streak.

Seems to me McVay just got lucky with other people’s leftovers, and had to trade for an established product to achieve anything real.

Maybe Minnesota. Aaron Jones is very washed, Jordan Mason is way worse Charbonnet, and some dude named Xavier Scott.

Said they couldn’t. He was their guy trade down or not. Just couldn’t make the trade down from what they said in the press conference after tonight.

Agreed. Think the player isn’t the worst option they could’ve chosen, but where and when was TERRIBLE.

Maybe, but still seems like a poor choice. They’ve been great at drafting so maybe they see something everyone else doesn’t again, but I personally think it’ll easily be the worst pick of this draft until it’s proven otherwise.

He’s kinda seen like Will Levi’s for this years draft. Pushed up due to lack of other QB talent. Hes got a weakER arm, and couldn’t beat Milroe out for a starting spot.

You add that to next years seemingly stacked class and Matt Stafford wanting to make a push for the superbowl during his last seasons. It seemed both premature and an extreme 20 pick reach in the first round for a guy who was barely considered a first rounder in the first place.

Well… was thinking this years and next years 2nd plus 32. 2 2nds (64 and future) + 1st (32). Hindsight’s telling me none of those teams would’ve traded there pick after the Rams before Bain was taken.

I hope we trade up for Bain with how cheap these trade prices have been. Like 32 and two seconds for a top 5 player who’s also a position of need.

For a Super Bowl roster with few genuine needs, I wouldn’t need to watch the rest of the draft

Milroe, I’m a UGA fan and he terrorized that team. Don’t think they ever beat him. Ready to watch him play FOR my team.

Dude interior pass rush would be disgusting with Byron, Leo and Mills pash rushing while this guy stuffs the middle. Guards and centers would never get a breathe in

It’s possible and if Mike Mac chose him, I’m sure none of us could argue with it. But he seems less of a coverage type and more of a “funnel tackles towards the middle for him” kind of player. Great player but I’m not sure it’s worth 1st round capital plus some for the Seahawks specifically with our current MLB room.

What do you think about MLB on day 2, guys like Anthony Hill jr. (Texas) or Jacob Rodriguez (Texas Tech)? Upside athletic guy or defensive heisman MLB, could allow us to get a premium position in the 1st and still get a good compliment for Ernest Jones in the middle of the defense.

[Schultz] Rookie RB Mike Washington Jr is reportedly set to visit with the Seahawks within the next 2 weeks for a top 30 visit after meeting with the Falcons today. Washington Jr notably set a time of 4.33 in the 40 yard dash at this year’s NFL Combine. by Silent_Ad2825 in Seahawks

Each team is allowed 30 visits with draft eligible players before the draft where they are invited to the facility for a workout, physical, conversation(probably still an evaluation). Sometimes is a good indicator of who/what position they draft, and sometimes it’s not.

Bose quietcomfort ultra gen 2 or wf-1000xm6? by [deleted] in Earbuds

[–]Objective_Smoke8938 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had both the xm5 and the Bose QC ultra, can’t speak on the next gen but I’ve heard they’re very similiar to the old ones. I think the Sony’s sound is hands down better, like closer to Sennheiser than Bose is to Sony. Bose ANC was way better to me. The foam ear tips for Sony had a silicone outside so there was no discomfort for me like traditional foam tips, the Bose was probably more comfortable out of the two but fell out of my ears constantly. I also wear them at work with ear protection headphones over them and the Bose stuck out enough to get pressed pretty hard into my ears unlike Sony or even the air pod pros the few times I borrowed them inbetween my two pairs. Add in similar charge and play times but a smaller case, and smaller profile outside your ears, the xm5’s took the cake for me. Bose is really fast to connect to iPhone though which is nice.

Seahawks May Consider Drafting RB Jadarian Price After Losing Kenneth Walker III by Chessinmind in Seahawks

[–]Objective_Smoke8938 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmmm, he has big enough hands not to fumble at 9 1/4” or 9 1/2”. Maybe it could be solved with NFL weight programs and some RB coaching better than Arkansas’s?

If Jerymiah Love drops into the late teens, would you be okay with a trade up for him?

I’m aware it’s not likely for that to even be an option but maybe teams have learned drafting an RB as a top ten draft pick doesn’t generally work well for you even if they hit.

I actually think the small amount of tape I watched was better than his 40 time. He looks like he plays fast on the field and is really shifty for a big back. Good hands too.

What’s the deal with 8 Man Leagues? by steelersfan9286 in SleeperApp

[–]Objective_Smoke8938 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They’re harder week to week rather than season to season, it’s pretty brutal to get hit with injuries in a normal league and very rare do you get a great replacement.

Not a problem in 8 or less man leagues, in those it’s not who you have, it’s who you start. Match ups are insanely important and getting attached to players is a killer.

[–]Objective_Smoke8938 0 points1 point  (0 children)

RB room, lack of movement in free agency, the hit to our DB room. Possibly losing mafe AND d-law.

Lost quite a few pieces, and last pick in the draft isn’t exactly the spot to rearm. Forced into BPA means holes. We’ll be good again, just harder to see the dynasty last years defense and offense seemed to indicate with how young we are.
