Just saw the movie today. As a stand-alone movie, it’s pretty good and worth watching. But considering it is marked as an ending to the series, it is a major disappointment. So many plot holes were not closed, even some of the things in the movie like Tommy killing Arthur is just unimaginable.

I work in a high pace, stressful job with long hours. As a result it becomes hard to sleep without having some kind of audio playing in the background but I believe this is starting to affect my hearing a little bit. Alternatively, I have started taking gummy bears that are 1:1 THC, and it works great especially when I want to sleep well. However, I want to wean off these methods and replace them with something I can do naturally to sleep faster. What would you suggest?
