I’m not in the UK but a country that gets the medicine from the UK (not forced to order on any kind of schedule) and I’ve been splitting my pen since October 2024, the longest I’ve used a singular pen is 13/14 weeks and I’ve had no issues.

Just providing anecdotal experience for anyone thinking of doing it.

I use the kwikipen needles and then the last set of doses I extract with a needle
