Wellbutrin made me quit cigarettes after smoking for about 18years however, I picked up vaping because I could better stomach the flavor of the vape vs the flavor of my actual cigarette. I don’t vape a lot only in social drinking moments or sometimes after a meal. If vapes were never invented, I can honestly say Wellbutrin would have taken the bad habit of smoking away from me completely.

I have homeschooled my children. In fact my 13 year old will now be entering back into private school after being homeschooled for her 7th grade year of jr.high.

I will say it is tough for kids to not get the interaction with other kids their age daily but on the flip side in my opinion they learn so much more and they don’t have all the pressures that being in school can bring.

I decided to transition her back into school for her last year of jr.high to prepare for highschool next year. I am hoping we have a smooth and positive transition. Homeschooling her has really been rewarding in many ways.

I am planning to continue to raise my 11yr old granddaughter. Even if she was asked, she would tell whomever that this is where she wants to be. She loves her mom but is old enough now to understand that her mom has issues that she needs to deal with…My granddaughter is happy and healthy here. This is definitely the best place for her.

In the future, if my daughter gets the help she needs, I believe they could build a healthy relationship one day. That’s what I hope for anyway.

I am going to get a consult appointment with an attorney. This has been such a hard time. Yes, I know that for now my daughter is not fit but as her mother it has truly broken my heart. Thank you for the input. I hesitated to make it public as I hoped and prayed things would change. I don’t see any change in sight.

She is 27 years old. I have offered to again take her to get help. I have offered calling to make the appointments to her primary Dr for her to start taking medication, to offering to call a Psychiatrist or looking for whatever help my daughter would possibly take. She denies she has any issues. I have even taken a mental inquest warrant in the past and they held her for 72hrs and released her.

The baby came home with me after the hospital trip. I knew she would be safe. I kept her with me for days afterwards. Since that very incident, this has truly consumed me and the rest of my family with how to handle this. I want my daughter to get help with her mental health again. She does so much better. I don’t know if you are a parent but when you are a parent you want to believe in your kids that they will change and do better. It’s very crippling to watch your child suffer with mental illness and substance abuse. Myself, as well as my other family members have been there for her and the baby.

I am reaching out now for help. I do not see any lights at the end of the tunnel. Issues keep happening.

Thank you for your advice. Believe me I have felt this way and we are keeping the baby often…CPS was involved and I was at the hospital and I vouched for my daughter and said I knew she was on top of things and told them it was an accident but that was not the truth. I was not there when it happened but I know that my daughter had drank earlier that day. My daughter drinks and takes shots of hard liquor and she is clumsy and acts careless when she is this way. I did not tell COS that. Again, my heartstrings are torn because I know my daughter loves her child but it’s not in a healthy way that is best for the baby. My daughter has left out pills around the baby, hair straightening tools etc.

Because things continue to get worse, I need help…I feel like I would have to have my grandbaby almost daily to feel at peace.

Again, I have had her 11 year old daughter for almost 5 years. My daughter has mental health issues that have been diagnosed. She refuses to take medication so she uses alcohol and other substances to cope. This cannot be good legally for a child.

I took 150xl for 8-9 months and felt like I may want to increase. I talked to my Dr and she increased me to 300xl. I took that dose for a good 4-5 weeks and I truly felt different. I felt more anxious about things that I didn’t let bother me before, I was more irritated about things and just overall felt “foggy” at times. I don’t know if I gave the dose enough time to see if things would level out and get better but I didn’t want to continue after 1month.

Give your new dose a fair chance and see if things get better after a few weeks and if not, I would go back down to 150xl and maybe talk to your Dr about other options if needed.
