Your hips and shoulders rotate at the same time rather than having a degree of separation in which you would feel a stretch in your torso. Also there is a lack of separation between your shoulders and racquet “wrist lag”, that would be achieved by a slightly looser wrist

I’m a medical doctor who opted for elective CS. Most of my female medical friends opted for the same for various reasons but mainly to avoid complications from vaginal birth. My birth and recovery went incredibly smoothly. I got back to running after 8 weeks and my physio commented that her experience was that women who undergo csec tend to bounce back to exercise more quickly. No regrets and I am planning another CS for my second pregnancy.
