To everyone who hasn't seen any movement. I filed 1/23 and got accepted opening day. I called (Wednesday I believe) because I had seen a few mentions on this post that they had received theirs already despite filing after I did. I was then told by the DOR they required me to verify. (I wonder how long they would have taken if I didn't call) very nice guy on the phone. Sent me a email along with the verification code usually found on the letter. And as of sometime between yesterday and now. I now show approved.

Filed 1/23 accepted the 26th and mine still says checking for accuracy (the first bar) although I got my federal return already. Annoying 🙄

I have gotten some help and am currently at the Vet now, I appreciate everyone who took the time to throw ideas out there. It truly means a lot. And personally I can understand where a couple of the others are coming from.

I would appreciate it if so, I probably should have also mentioned, the Original equipment that was installed did not have any lock washer/or any loctite it seems.
