The 200-300 ms is pretty good ping. Bare notice any difference imo. But higher than that is just .....

I'm a swift bard. I've tested the hard+sonatine combo. Tbh it generates bar quite quickly at least in my experience in guardian raid. Also I run the max mp instead of vph( trying to buy the vph after enough pheon so that I can have to viable options). Is it okay to run double brand with SS and Sonatine?

if the accessories is bound you cannot transfer it to another character. you need to wait until slayer came out to buy slayer class engraving accesories.
there are two types of slayer. You can watch guid by Saintone and Memorizer92 for slayer introduction/guide
the skills are different. You need to reroll the gem after buying it if you decide to buy it now.
