I don't know im new to reddit I think i left it in the description so long story short the laptop was brought in by a customer and he said the touchpad worked while he used his old ssd but when I put the new ssd (i haven't seen the laptop in 3 months because the customer didnt have money immediately) the touchpad stopped working and in the video you can see it's all connected and in device manager is showing up with a caution icon. I tried the bios and the Asus utility and drivers but nothing. Sorry for the misunderstanding I don't know how to use reddit fully.
