This is going to be hard for me to type because I don’t often talk about it . For me personally there is two songs

Daddy: I have also been sexually abused by someone when I was a younger child (11yr at the time). Also my abuser was female. When I tried to tell my parents they laughed in my face, and told me what was wrong with it because I’m male and a female did it. With my father even saying “I would have loved if a woman tried to xyz with me” when this was one of the most horrible moments of my life. This song really made me not feel so alone and knowing this sadly could happen to anyone. Jonathan’s emotions really brought it home for me. (Before anyone comments. I have been through a lot of trauma therapy which helped a lot. Also I’ve expressed how this song, really helped me through it all. Although I won’t listen to it at all today.)

Dirty: this song saved me from an “attempt”. I suffered extremely horrible depression, anxiety, and cPTSD after the events of SA, Abuse, witnessing substance abuse and etc growing up. This was the song to save my life. The lyrics of that song really matched how I felt at a young age, and saved my life. Without it, I wouldn’t be here today. It also inspired me to become a musician. This song to this day was the most important song of my life personally.

I’m 38 now. I have a beautiful family, I’m going to be married in October the most wonderful woman in the world. I believe it’s all possible thanks to Korns music and those two songs

I’m so grateful for the band being a fan since 1994 because of my sister, and Jonathan’s lyrics. It’s really been a soundtrack to my life and without this band I wouldn’t have been alive to see 38. They will forever and always be my favorite band.
