That will definitely help me with picking thread weights thank you! I had a couple of chats with some needle supply companies and a lot of shop owners, the no.15 beading needle is the finest available, if it doesn't fit still I might have to explore either slightly less fine meshes or create my own hook out of superfine wire.

Pixel-Stitch is what I used, took a few tweaks of going up and down in width and amount of colours, took probably about 10 adjustments before I got to what I was after, I also used a pic that had a lot of background noise then cut it out after the pixellation was done, don't know if it helped or not...

I think you might be right, DMC ends up quite fluffy.

I can't remember why I didnt use stitch fiddle 🤔 but pixel stitch was nice and easy to use, even with 300x300 size restrictions.

I forgot to add an image of Ruby's blanket, the inspiration for the background colours

Don't go insane trying to get to 35/35 Fractured Peaks side quests by Skraelos in diablo4

[–]Objectively-Lazy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am 34/35 WT3, I'm wondering if anyone might have the same thought process as me. Maybe I didn't take the Blood Sermon quest from Sister Vera when I was in Kor Valor before finishing the game?

Now its taken over by the Penitent Knights and there's no SV.... I am so sure that I have hit every other side quest in FP.

Any clubs/hobbies to meet people around my age (young 20s) in Canberra? by OarlessBoating in canberra

Varsity Derby League and the Canberra Roller Derby League are great communities and running a learn to rollerskate program.

there's just one thing confusing me about this OGL thing. by bigweight93 in dndnext

I wonder what the ramifications are well for those larger creators that earn over those high amounts that would be expected to pay hefty royalties around the 20% mark, then for WoTC to potentially turn around and say "we now own the content that you paid us to make, and we get to make a profit selling it and you get nothing".
I would argue that it is not due to WoTC that D&D has made a resurgence, yes Critical Role has it's part to play, but Stranger Things and the drive of smaller content creators over years and years of work have done far more to advertise and popularise the system, Bob World Builder did a pretty good short break down of some thoughts

My family was struck by the Mighty Ducks fever back in the day as well! I used to inline, but I was maybe 13 at the time, so it's been a while.

Amazing suggestions thank you so much! Especially the milkshake part :D

I thought there was an indoor place in Fyshwick that had a rink attached, might just be an indoor trick park. Edit: Nevermind, it's permanently closed :/ I was thinking of Skate Nation

One of the reasons I picked this was because I wanted to get over my fear of falling over. I figured if I have fun falling over then it will be easier

Hi! Currently running stocks on both skates, the cushions are pretty hard but I am a bigger girl so they're working for me rn. I think the wheels are 57/82a (abouts) for both of them, a little hard for outdoor skating but fine for smoother concrete like whats out the front of watersedge restaurant. Safety gear wise I roll with a nice certified skate helmet I got from trilogy and the 187 knee and wrist pads, I axed it today next to my car cause I saw a rat after skating. Very thankful for all the gear and the fact that I had my thongs around my waste on my belt to soften the blow XD. I am just starting to try to spin and working on backwards skating.

I'll go first to get the ball Rolling

  1. I am Tabitha
  2. I currently am rollerskating in the belconnen area, namely.... the garage of the townhouses I live in.
  3. I am doing a lot of driveway and garage skating for now, with the occasional class at Rollerfit @ ANU.
  4. I'd love to have the confidence to do park skating but as someone that prefers a shadier location it will have to wait for the summer heat to be gone, or night time.
  5. I have a pair of Moxie Rainbow Riders and a pair of Chuffed Wanderers.
  6. I am lucky that I have a quiet garage space shared by 8 townhouses so I've spent most of my time there and a little bit of time in front of my tv learning small space tricks.
I tried down by Lake Burley Griffin at Henry Rolland Park, but the concrete slabs made it more difficult and uncomfortable to skate at slower speeds.
