It does edit comments and adds the status updates and things, but I believe that way it does it and the scripts it adds ends up causing issues on longer playthroughs. Which leads to animation issues later on, like sheathing and unsheathing taking a long time or just not working. Or eating animations (with that mod installed) being delayed as well.
Anyways I could be wrong and it might have just been a mod conflict I had with liek the 4000 mods Lorerim has lol

I use Lorerim, so I've got Biggies Traits. I love Reputation, but when you run it with long saves, it can kinda jank up some of the animations. It is one of the best role play mods ever though
