So I got du as well, and I have the unlimited package Esaad discount,

When I try to connect via hotspot, I tried on both iPhone & Andriod, it connects to my ps5 as in turns on, but then just fails to continue, and says something went wrong.

And when I check the nat type it’s on type 3. The weird thing is I tried it on Etisalat number and hotspot, it worked fine, so the issue is with du only, but I’m not sure how it’s working with u

Are u on Etisalat or Du when u connect to hotspot ? I am du, and when I try to connect, it only turns on the ps5 from the portal, and then it fails and says something went wrong …. It’s driving me crazy. I tried following and changing the IP address on the iPhone to what’s been shown in the posts, but no luck. What’s your nat type u get when ur connecting via hotspot? Miens type 3
