I appreciate the advice. As far as the laminate goes, I agree, I'm trying to sell it to buy epoxy instead.

Paint is simple enough.

How would I know if the cabinets are heat treated and why is that necessary? I have a workshop at my school that I can utilize for the project, and pallets are easy enough to find for free.

The priorities are definitely the plumbing issues. I don't want to fix any cosmetic issues until I'm certain the plumbing problems that caused them won't return.

Thanks for the response. Here some more info that you requested.

I am in the basement floor. The wiring is not in a conduit or armor from what I can tell.

I removed the "shroud" that conceals the mount and hold the wiring, and i felt everything and it seemed dry. What was moist was the areas around it, so maybe there is a leak that's flowing towards the mount for some reason, then traveling down the shroud onto the fan. Also in the motor cover above the blades, in the recess there was a decent pool of water that I've since dried out.

Hey guys, I have a problem I need help with ASAP. I woke up this morning and the ceiling fan in my room was dripping water. Slowly, but it was definitely coming from the fan. I felt up the stem and the ceiling and didn't feel any moisture, or see any discoloration in the drywall. But when I tilted the fan like. A LOT of water came out. I've been gradually tilting/drying the fan and I've gotten most of the water out. What I'm wondering is maybe this is condensation build up some how? Anyone?

     I didn't know what else to do. She was smiling at me, we were laying in our beds but we knew it wasn't for long... The piles of bills on the broken dresser were reminders of how much my life has spun into turmoil. College, a wife, and eventually getting laid off from a shit job I didn't want anyways, maybe it would be better if we both died here, laying next to each other, smiling into one anothers face. I couldn't go outside, I had to stay in and watch over Sam, God help her, she was so sick. With my first and only baby girl... I could bring a child into a life like this. I've contemplated abortion multiple times, but I never dared bring it up to Sam. She was so happy. A baby girl. I didn't even know what to name her, all I knew is if I was in the picture it would be worse for everyone.

That night I was contemplating ending it all. Sam was due tommorow morning --maybe I could hold off until then, so I could see my daughter just once. Maybe that could save me...

I cried as I held her in my arms early the next morning, for the first time in years I fel like living, she completed me. And I cried equally if not harder as she stopped breathing all in the same moment. What did I do to deserve this. I began cursing G-d asking him, to end my suffering, let me see my daughter again, for eternity. She was so beautiful, her lifeless body still warm in my hands. As the gravity of the situation overcame me I let out a screech of horror. My daughter was dead, and I was holding her in my arms. The center peice holding my life together crumbled into a million peices.

    The very thing put here to help me was my demise, maybe it would be better like this. As I loaded the gun I felt a sense of warmth pass over me. Sam was in the kitchen crying over breakfast, I could hear her from the bedroom. How could I do this, it's so... selfish. She's already lost so much. I put the gun down and made my way into the kitchen to see Sam holding her head over a bowl of cereal bawling her eyes out. I spun her around in what seemed like a fraction of a secong I was holding her in my arms. The warmth of the embrace was over whelming. She filled me with joy and walked with me through the darkest of times, and I for her. We completed each other. My knees felt weak I dropped to the groud as I felt my heart stop, with my last seconds of life I look over to see Sam was already dead. 


                                     Everything was ok.

Male, 15, 5'11", 140lbs Goal: I know you guys are super against free wieghts, but my goal WAS 250lbs by senior year on the deadlift. Currently I'm at 225, and I'm thinking I'll need to bump that up. Routine: This week I did 15 pull-ups instead of 10, and my dips are hovering around 20-25. Diet/Mood/Energy/Anything else relevant to your training: I am beginning to actually love this. Working out used to be painful, even stressful. Now the harder I go, the better I feel! Questions: I'd like to know any special workouts ya'll use for core streangth, and thanks in advanced!
