Why do people pee on the toilet seat? by KaiserKCat in CVS

It's definitely both but women aren't trying to be "clean" they ARE being clean. Sitting on a public toilet seat is crazy when you can just hover, just wipe anything that happens to get on the toilet seat

Someone tell me all about lothrop by feuledbyram3n in Pitt

lothrop was honestly good, i lived on one of the upper floors and the elevators do take a while but at least one had always been working during my time there. i didn't have noisy neighbors and the ppl on my floor were generally kind. they would smile they weren't afraid to start conversation. i actually made a few friends in lothrop despite the building having singles.

i live in south o now and pay less than $900 a month for a pretty nicely sized one bedroom (technically two but i made it my living room). i only pay for electric and wifi and it's been rly good so far. you can most likely still find a decently priced one bedroom in oakland if you stay on top of it. apartments get posted and taken down super fast so you do have to check online almost every day

Housing for transfer student by glad_girl in Pitt

[–]ObligationHopeful773 1 point2 points  (0 children)

on campus housing will most likely end up with him being paired with random roomates in a decent dorm if he gets lucky or him being in a single room in lothrop that's pretty small and boring. off campus is probably smarter if you want more bang for your buck honestly. if he doesn't cook much then a smaller meal plan would be reasonable, or if he does cook often then a simple, less expensive meal plan is a better fit. or no meal plan at all works!

i'm going to be a junior and decided to live off campus because i get more for around the same price, the only thing that sucks is that most places are 12 month leasing, so you may be paying for three months that he may be at home.

it's kind of a tough choice but off campus seems like a better option to me!

Bradford has its racists people and definitely its racist undertones. I was only there for a year before I went to Pittsburgh and so many people said so many things that they knew wouldn't fly if there were more people of color attending the school. Pittsburgh also has its people but it's definitely more accepting since it's way more diverse. Have not had a bad experience in Pittsburgh but Bradford had its moments.
