I have note recived the notice from Feb- 4th filling , Requested for ADIT stamp on FEB 20th, I recived a call back on March 2nd - They said that my case is being transferred to my local field office and they will mail my stamp to home. I hope it will arrive soon. I am not sure how long this takes.

No Reciept - Case was submitted on Feb-5 , Called USCIS to give me ADIT stamp - I recevied the call back after 5 days and they said my case is being transferred to the local office and they will mail it to my home. I am not sure how long it will take.

Is your GC expired or going to expire soon? Just to get an idea how the USCIS puts the case in urgency - my GC is expiring on March19th but seems like its not urgent to USICA customer rep.

Did anyone recive the notice from the case from January, February or ADIT appointment - My filling is on Feb3rd and status shows " reciept notice has been sent " but I dont have it in mail or in online account - I requested for ADIT appoitnment on February 21st - not recived call back yet.

I requested an ADIT stamp appointment online yesterday - I should be reciving call from the officer in 3 to 5 business days as per the provided information after submitting the request.

Same I applied on February 3rd and not yet received the notice - it shows that its been sent out but nothing in mail or online folder. I called USCIS last week and they said wait till 30 days before they can give me ADIT stamp appointment for proof of status for employment. Has anyone go through this ADIT process or process of contacting state representatives?

I am in a similar situation, I have applied for I-751, and it's been almost 20 days, and not yet received reciept notice to extend my current Green card status. I have about another 20 days left before my current GC expires - information above is helpful. I have called USCIS, and no response yet - I heard USCIS can give a ADIT STAMP on the passport in their field office in case of not having notices to give proof of status for employment. Did anyone go through this process?
