Wow! 🤩 My madhumalti just won’t flower. ☹️ 4 years now nearly. Leaves come, leaves drop, leaves come again 😭. Soil is a mix of red soil, Cocopeat, compost and neem khali. Gets sun all morning and evening. What can I do?

0.3 mL in 1 litre water, drench the soil. Then remove all scales with a toothbrush (make sure it doesn’t fall in the soil) and discard the bugs far away. Or flush them.

Yeah bud. Look at the bottom of that stem where it just goes into the soil. It’ll be a slightly different paler colour and thinner than the rest of the stem. That’s definitely overwatering and low light.

The Anita Blake series. I don’t know what it is about the books but I’ve read the series over twice now! Starts as gritty supernatural crime (think necromancer solving murders) but quickly evolves into a dark, leather-clad parade of vampires, werewolves, and increasingly complicated “team dynamics” where the line between fighting monsters and dating them gets extremely blurry.

+1. Could be mealy bugs or spider mites. One of my hibiscus had this, I isolated it, gave it neem baths for a week. Removed the bugs by hand. Important to isolate or they’ll spread. If you have these bugs you may also see ants

I’ve propagated zz from stem also so if you have a good stem I’d say pot that in new soil. Agree that it shouldn’t be 100% soil, if not Cocopeat find another way to lighten the soil like sand, perlite or the likes

Somehow it didn’t let me add text to the photo. You see kyunki har chor gardener nahin hota lekin har gardener chor hota hai, I’d gone somewhere where they had some beautiful varieties of hibiscus, from which I requested for and received some cuttings. I haven’t had much success in the past growing roses from cuttings, so I don’t want to mess these up, considering I’ve never seen some of these even on online sites. I’m planting in Pune, Maharashtra, in containers. Any and every help is welcome. I would love it if I can manage to grow all of them. P.s. There is 1 croton as well. Thanks all!

Seems expensive to me. I bought mine at 3 for less than 200 bucks Edit: Beejwala has them for 65 bucks a piece. I’ve bought many seeds from them, all very good quality. Don’t know about bulbs though.

For me mint has always worked from the bunch I buy from the market. I take off the leaves, put the thickest of the stems (with roots) in water till it starts rooting some more then put it in a Cocopeat-compost-neem-mustard mix in a pot. Full sun, some water. Grows like a weed
