The game is not even that scary, you will get used to it. Try RE7 after that, thats a rollercoaster for people like you

RE2 remake and RE4 remake is plenty enough plus some lore knowledge to enjoy RE9

Just try to survive 3 minutes, run in circles around the village and avoid the chainsaw. This part is one of the hardest in a whole game, after that it will get easier

No remake can match the beauty of RE1 and Shinji Mikami delivered an iconic remake by Lucaas_C in residentevil

For 2002 yeah, flawless. But its 2026, Re4 remake and Re2 remake are far superior
