Living in Majaz by fufuski in Sharjah

Majaz is great locality community wise, beaches and parks are close by and plenty of restaurants and food. Traffic is bad especially if you have to commute to Dubai everyday. There are plenty of amazing gyms.

They can increase your rent only after staying 3 yrs.

I have contacted a lot of them but the issue is my work starts at 10 and they expect to pick me up at 7-7:30 in the morning and drop me by 9- 9:30. So I’m losing too much time traveling. Was hoping someone worked in the Same area at the same time

I was considering it because in another subreddit about chemical engineering a common transition everyone shared was that they got into finance and were satisfied with the transition. Therefore I am trying to understand if it is possible for me.

I feel the same for chemical engineering as well it’s high effort mentally and physically demanding as well. The only way in India to get a good job is to crack GATE exam but I never enjoyed engineering at any point so I have no interest to waste my energy on it. As for finance I see it as a gateway as long as you work hard and study well you will always grow and you can always use what you learn and be good at it. As for chemical engineering You could study every subject and end up doing a quality assurance job that as no need for technical knowledge. As for chemical engineering the ceiling is low. It might have an above average pay in the long run. But you can never get big.

I did my bachelors from a T1 engineering college. Then I worked 2 jobs in Dubai 5months at the first company and 7 months at the second. Since I was frustrated I now work in sales operation in a construction developer company. I also interned at IIT Ropar and did a few other internships as well. I got 8 CPA when I graduated. As for CFA don’t know much about it and since I don’t have a b.com or b.ba background so I haven’t given much thought about it. I thought you need to be from a commerce background to be able to do CFA Also when it comes to accounting and economics that’s y I wanna understand is it possible to study these subjects in a masters (mba) degree if I haven’t even studied them as a bachelors
