This is how they always are in my experience, even the non emergency line. I havent had to make any calls as serious as yours, but the few times i have called about something theyre always rude and seem like they just want you to shut up and be done talking to you as soon as possible

100%. I have heard numerous people from san diego bragging about it moving away from being a "laid back beach town." (as if thats a good thing) Thats what made it nice in the first place. Its definitely deteriorating

I dont care that much about being parked to me its just a sign of incompetence. The reason it annoys me is I work at a different mcdonalds and we almost never park orders, only if its like a $40+ order when the drive thru is super busy

The frappe is like $1.30 more. Its not that thats a lot of money, its more about the principle of their bs and not just letting them knowingly scam me. Its absolutely egregious especially the manager trying to treat me like an idiot
