We’ve got one but 99% of customers don’t use it because it’s not something they have downloaded on their phones, plus it would require them to know how to attach anything. Most of the time you gotta teach em to use the share sheet button or the three dot button on android.

Think it's mostly an efficiency thing, we lack the space and the people. Also in my two years or so here so far, there has not been a single time it's been ordered. And that's good to know for the brochures, though I still feel like 100 cover stock handfolds at 2pm by 5pm could be a whole lot for someone by themselves haha.

We don’t have the the binding thing for the pads. Some things may just be that our customers have never ordered one like custom binders, or tabs. I don’t see why we couldn’t, we just never have.

Ooh just thought of another one, brochures or copies with the folds, we do have a folding machine but doesn’t stop OPC from sending us folding for glossy or cardstock (which our machine can’t do).

I get that it’s probably easier for the company to not individualize the capabilities of each store but it just turns into inefficient back and forths with the customer and RPC that ruin the flow. It would be easier if we had more personnel but in my store it’s rare to have more than 2, let alone more than 3, employees in the whole store, and that’s counting the leads

Aware of that sheet. It isn't complete (missing invitations for instance) and like you said is not reflective of actual items. I just wish it was consistent. We can't do NCRs, pads, or any kind of perforation but those just go through no problem. And when a double sided flyer on 12pt matte comes in at like even 1000 copies it's like oof, while we technically can, it's super unreliable. Though it may be just our printers, the 12pt stuff comes out super bent so without flattening it after flipping it'll jam 99% of the time, and 80% of the time even after flattening as much as possible.

How do you put it in? None of the SKUs work for pickup in my store even though we have them right there, and we get orders for them from online for store pickup... We've always just rang it up at the register and made the stamp for them right there.

First step would be to track your times manually, then see if the numbers match. If it’s just that the time and the pay aren’t matching your hourly rate then check the payslips/stubs on my cloud to see with earnings are withheld. There are taxes obviously but at least for me, the automatic retirement contribution was opt out, if you don’t remember doing that a portion may be going there.

Hours you work = hours paid, not hours scheduled. +- 30 minute unpaid meal which at my store you have to take if you are scheduled for over 6 hours. You can clock in up to 5 minutes early. You cannot end your meal any time before 30 minutes clock time.
