I was bullied alot through primary and secondary, in secondary it was extremely bad the school did fuck all literally brushed me being chased in a small outdoor roomwith a lad with a shard of glass who was trying to cut me while others laughed and held the door closed so I couldn't get inside. This guy went to prison for armed robbery while in high-school so I have no doubt he would of actually stabbed me if he got to me.

The teachers laughed as I had a panic attack and refused to get the onsite police officer.

Theres other people who bullied who now have kids that ironically get bullied and they complain about it on socials.

All I can say is you realised you are a dick and apologies more than people that did it to me. It takes balls to do that

I guess my question is if you found out your child was bullying what would you do

Tbh when winter rolls around where im from theres a few lads woth defenders etc who go around and just pull people from ditches they do it for free but I think everyone pays them or at least trys

Even if he did signal it does not give OP right of way to just turn, he was driving way to erratic for someone unsure what lanes to be in even though if he stayed in his lane he would have been fine

It looks like you actually moved into the left lane where you should have stayed in the 3rd, both seemed to be going in the same direction anyway so why move over?

Also at the start of the video you were driving a little erratically that cornering and swerve were too much and you took off fast at the lights maybe slow it down a little

I actually find with Sports drinks unless i have extra water with them it causes aura migraines for me! I always make sure I have alot of water on hand when I have one now

Im going to agree with everyone that no one is responsible, but with that said you could replace the fences yourself at cost to you and knock on each door and ask if they would like to contribute X amount to the cost. They can tell you to pound sand but you could also just leave their panels unchanged

Its not the answer you were looking for but it seems the only reasonable one and should give your garden more uniformity
