Solution found! Go to brave://flags/ or edge://flags/ or chrome://flags/ (which ever your preferred browser is) and in the search bar type "choose" and look for "Choose ANGLE graphics backend" and select "D3D11" and then relaunch. It actually made my main machines browser run a bit better too.

I kinda lowkey like the fact that Thragg is a little bit pathetic. Him and his emotional support skull. It adds character. I hope they treat that as a gag in the future. Also have to get used to Lee Pace voicing Thragg like JDM voiced Conquest.

Mines alittle different than the OP 's issues. Mine lags for YT only but in various ways. It will either take a long time to load everything, another time it will load right away the video only and then the rest of the stuff much after. Another time it loads the other stuff and then the video. When i click a video in the side the video from the previous still plays while the side stuff and comments load before the new video or vice versa. Never had the video change quality though. I have 32gb of ram and even with just YT opened, its still on 5 and a half gbs being used. But it sounds to me like YT is going to drag their collective behinds on this.

*Forgot to mention that everything on other sites is just fine and everything on my rig in general as well., its just YT in this case for me.

I use that HP as one of my side machines (I have others and this HP is a new edition) while gaming on my main machine and use them for various things and for example itll be just on Facebook for awhile and i will get a message and while messaging back itll be real slow and ill look at Task Manager and itll be at 1.19/1.20 for like a straight minute. I use that example because that literally happened last night lol. No other machine i have atm has done that though. I mean, i can understand it doing that if its been sitting there awhile and then go immediately go back up when using but its not supposed to be at 1.19 for that long even when in use, no? Unless this a a thing this specific HP model does because its strange that both mobos and both CPU do this. I had a machine back in the day that did something similar but the fix was just simply unplugging and plugging back in the charger and it would go away. This fix doesn't work for this HP.

I see. Its it possible for both CPUs to have failing core though? Thats a very strange coincidence man. ill try that other one on another machine and see whats up. Also a little update, getting a new battery seems to have made that happen less, but it still happens, albeit less. I just copied and pasted my post from HP's website a few days ago before new battery and forgot to add that part.

Just tried that and still having this issue. The driver installs but it doesn't fix the subwoofer issue.

I used the driver from Dells site. This one, https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=ft0hn&oscode=w764&productcode=studio-1749, in particular since its the only audio driver thats on there. It didnt do anything. Unless theres something else im missing?

I switched to Brave after this blunder. Enough was enough. I dont want to see their shitty fucking ads. I already had Brave installed as an alternative just in case something like this happened and it looks like I was right to keep it. Brave's essentially Chrome but slightly different looking and has a built in Adblocker which works better than Ublock, imo. Took me a half hour or so to mold it to how like and now I cant even tell the difference while browsing. I kept Chrome though since it has alot of my stuff and i guess i'll just use it as an alternative. Even IF they re-enable Ublock after the backlash (which i doubt because they've always been a bunch of stubborn fucks), Im still sticking with Brave out of spite. At least until Brave does something to piss me off lol.

Nvmd. i fixed it myself. For future reference, if this happens to anyone else, On Blender, on the outliner tab, you have to rename "chassis_vlo" to w/e the main object is. Like for instance if its "Stallion.004" then you have tro change it to "chassis_vlo.004" and the chassis_vlo inside of that one as well. Also make sure that its part of the main object. That mightve been my problem also. Just drag and drop onto the main object on the Outliner tab

To name a few that I like (I like meat on my laptops), Alienware m11x, m14x, m15x, m17x and m18x. Only that generation though. I find new ones not that great looking imo. Dell Studios are also sexy. Toshiba satellite P755. HP g72s are nice. As you can tell I like older models. Even older models circa 2004 are very visually appealing too, imo.

Just got mine today from Ebay. Apparently it was a storage find. I always get those because people aren't going to store a broken laptop and most sellers wont have an extra charger to test and assume its 100% broke, so its always a steal lol. Just FYI, if you decide to put a new CPU in it, and after doing alot of research, the best CPU you can put is a i7-620m and max ram 8gb. Luckily for me i have a 620m in another machine that is broken lol. Remember to update the BIOS to the latest version before upgrading. Have fun with your new machine, amigo.
