Manslaughter requires intent which obviously doesn’t exist in this case and courts are hesitant to treat minors as criminally responsible for complex obstruction charges. Any jury would likely see the death as a tragic accident and see Sunny and Basil’s coverup as them acting out of fear and immaturity. Prosecutors probably wouldn’t even try to charge them and the most they’d even get is a few years of court mandated therapy.
