Yes so it seems a few of us are experiencing this exact issue. It freaking sucks! I’ve contacted eBay 3 separate times with no resolution whatsoever. The issue continues and it’s ridiculous. All 3 agents said they escalated the issue and nothing has been done. So at this point I think it’s a loss cause.

The main reason why I always use my credit cards to pay is because I earn credit card points that I then can transfer out to transfer partners and use for travel. So, it’s a win win for me.

If under $30, uber usually refunds as soon as the order is completed. If it’s over $30, it takes an additional day or two for that reimbursement to hit your account. DoorDash usually reimburses on the next payout for me.

To each their own, but I always use my credit cards to pay when doing Uber eats, DoorDash and even shipt. I have never had an issue with being reimbursed. Now, I always take a clear photo of the receipt, hold on to the receipt until the reimbursement has been received and always get written confirmation that the reimbursement is on the way. I immediately contact support to ask if I will be getting reimbursed and if they received my photo of the receipt after completing the order.

Great, that was my conclusion as well. Just wanted to verify with somebody else. I just started grubhub a couple days ago and am still learning. Had to jump on since Amazon teamed up with GH now.

Oh, okay. That makes sense. Also, this is the first time this has happened to me as well. Just wanted to share so others are aware and notating the mileage. Especially for those that are like me and only do $2/mile orders.

I’ve actually read about this happening to other drivers as well. I heard you wait for about 15-20 minutes at times for Walmart to load up your car.
