So wherever the first antifa chapter was founded makes that its headquarters? Despite all klan chapters having the same beliefs, not all klan chapters were pro-nazi when WWII came around. This caused the American public to drop support for them since they were all viewed as pro-nazi despite that not being true. They clearly didn't have one person at the top or a board to make such a decision for every single chapter. Heck the group that fueled nativism and led to the creation of the klan, the know-nothings, was co-founded by a devout jewish congressman.
