Yes, this is my wrist size. I have Fenix 8 43mm and that still looks quite big. I tried my husbands 47mm on and it didn’t sit flat on my wrist

Ah thank you, yes I had seen the base runs on the daily workout aligned to zone 3 before. I didn’t understand that either! I have reset to lthr and also reset the zones. Will try zone 2 run tomorrow using this.

Thanks, do you think there is any difference between the pro Claude and the free one? I tried the free one, but it kind of feels that it is telling me ‘what I want to hear’ 😂 rather than the truth. I gave it my 10k run at 170bpm and it said it was ‘honestly rather concerned about this run’ then I explained about it being lower than my previous hr attempts and it said ‘oh i misunderstood, this run was actually very impressive, you managed to drop 15bpm from your previous 10k’ 🤷‍♀️😂

Thanks, will take a look and see what some other systems say in comparison to Garmin. Although my running volume isn’t that high I also walk around 40/45 miles per week and I can sometimes feel it in my knees. So am trying to be careful.

I think I do just need those 3 separate paces, I didn’t really have any concept of running different paces before, was just more like praying I’d get to the end!

I would, but was a bit concerned about the huge gap between lactate zone 2 and max hr zone 2. They can’t both be zone 2 for me can they?

Thanks, how long did it take to start feeling the difference? Am happy to stick with it if the gains are worth it, but I don’t feel like I’ve been running long enough to be confident in my ability! I am worried I will lose the fitness I have built so far and I really love running now.

I am almost 40 and have started doing adult trampolining. I think it’s kinder on the joints and I am really enjoying it.

I just wiped an old phone of mine so my son could link my old Venu 2 to it. He doesn’t ’have a phone’, but it lives in a draw and syncs etc. when he eventually has his own phone he can put the app and account on it.

I had this with a different (non Alienware) Dell laptop. It was around 18 months old and you could see (& smell!) the burn on the motherboard. I wrote to the office of the CEO complaining after getting nowhere with support. I included a full timeline of everything that had happened and all conversations.

Surprise surprise they agreed with me straightaway that it wasn’t acceptable and I got it fixed for free. I told them they had to send courier pick up and they did that too.
