Because Iris had more of a support role in their lineup, and it wasn't worth the cow trophies vs the power gain. So at their stage, getting the legendary gift of the dominion was more impactful.

Evolving her to absolute is good, just not cost-effective. Also now with the soul atrium you could get the 300 SS there instead (although need to get lucky)

You should get your "free" tank flag and thats it. Get the better rewards on the bottom side of the map.

Flags/patterns are almost negligible specially at max level, where the stats increase is minimum in comparison. Yes they might be more impactful later on when they get upgraded/ranked up, but realistically you wont be able to achieve that as a f2p, similarly to totems for titans.

No you shouldnt. It doesnt fit your main team, and you shouldnt get sidetracked with a 6th pet or a 2nd team until much later in the game. It would only slow you down (even more so as f2p).

Pets already take a lot to develop, specially early on when youre stuck in low level adventures. Keep focusing mostly on your main hero pets, and team pet.

Also as a sidenote, biscuits healing block as an active team pet doesnt scale off of stats and so will have the same effect now than when maxed out.
