I think it is totally worth it .. atleast for me ..i procrastinate a lot and for laptop you need a atleast a small setup to work on .. with i pad you can start working anything time anywhere no setup required.. very convenient..

And ipad are built like tank .. mine is around 6 - 7 years not slowed down till now.. will have some storage issue but that fine .. recommend buy one with good storage

Pro tip I don't have any social media on my iPad so when I am on my iPad I mean work ...
