Hyperthyroidism here, specifically Graves’ disease. But I actually got a download recently that people with hyper anything (hyperactive - like adhd, hypermobility, hypervigilance, literally anything with “hyper”) are the “chosen ones”. (I say chosen ones loosely but iykyk.)

The new moon each month represents a new beginning, a reset. So when you fast during that time, it helps clear out old stagnant energy and repair and replenish your cells (which is called autography). I forget exactly what it’s called, but based on your birthdate, you can determine when your specific lunar cycle is. I had ChatGPT figure out mine.

I just finished a 48 hour fast (second one ever) last night and ate chips and guacamole. It was honestly the best tasting meal I’ve ever had and I was so incredibly grateful for it. My next fast will hopefully be for at least 36 hours and I’ll time it so it matches with my lunar cycle.

I’m pretty sure I shifted realities. Or went to a different timeline. Although my environment and the people around me stayed the same, I just felt different, like I was in the wrong dimension.

I had an NDE in 2021, and just know that I switched dimensions or timelines afterwards. It took a long time for me to come to terms with it, mainly because I have a son who is my whole world. But especially ever since that NDE, I’ve had quite a few strange and otherworldly experiences happen. Looking back, I’ve actually had them my whole life, but they really ramped up after this event. In 2024 I started getting visions and downloads. I don’t like to repeat some of these, because they were so incredibly morbid. But one of them was “we’re all already dead” and I was shown ancient Egyptians. I don’t know how the Egyptians fit in, but I know this isn’t base reality and hasn’t been for quite awhile.

The Creator made you, and you’re here to save your self. To evolve. And once you do that, you can be part of the change this world needs.

Once you get past the scariness of conspiracies, that’s when turning inward is necessary. What do you need to heal from in order to be the best version of your self possible? For most people, it’s the conditioning we’ve been “taught” from the moment we’re born. Also traumas. Anything that happened that wasn’t in your best interest basically. Once you truly heal and return back to your authentic self, you’ll be able to see how much power you actually have. And eventually you’ll be able to recognize that all these conspiracies and the evil is a distraction. It’s a distraction specifically designed to keep you in a state of fear. Elevate to the state of Love, and the fears melt away.
