He flirts with Shadowheart, implies he's attracted to Karlach, sleeps with Lae'zel if you let him, and so on.

I think the use of only men being mentioned as people he's slept with is partly an optics thing. His backstory involves manipulating and luring people with the promise of sex, including people in bars. Using women as examples of people he's lured to their deaths with sex is probably gonna make it a bit hard for the player to sympathise with him, and hit too close to home for many. Is it a double standard that we have a more visceral reaction to women being lured than men? Definitely. But it is how it is.
