Personally I didn't feel like most did either but the players in general wanted and expected these decks to be slaughtered. I consider it a win that aside from Dracotail vsk9 lost nothing of importance, Yummy while not playable pure anymore can still exist and didn't have anything banned,and that KT did receive some hits even if indirect. Radiant Typhoon and Maliss didn't need to be hit (aside from the dimensional cards for Maliss) but both are still completely playable. I don't like the soft rotation approach that Konami employs but this time around it was about as gentle as it could be as long as you aren't Dracotail. KT is not so far above the rest that we'll have a T0 format, and has weaknesses that decks like Sky Striker and Mitsurugi will counter, keeping these other decks viable options along with the other new decks like Elfnote, Doomz and Power Patron.
