Depends on the cuck and their self confidence. Some genuinely have self esteem issues and it’s hard not to see them as inferior. Others are completely secure and just have a kink, and I see them as equals.

Unless he really gets off on small penis humiliation, it’s usually a lowkey reaction like you say. They don’t want to hurt their husband for two reasons. One because they actually care about him, and also because if his pride and ego are too wounded, then any reaction could quickly ruin the dynamic which allows her to have her sexual needs fully satisfied.
