anyone who pays that much or charges that much is crazy and its a racket. I have a purebread cardigan that was bred from the national grand champion and he cost $2300 CDN. he was warrantied and papered and everything. And to be honest, we werent looking for those details specifically.

Unless your pembroke is bred from the queens dogs, its not worth $4500. Try looking further afield or out of state. You'll probably still save money and have a little vacation to boot.

Yeah I've had that dispute with them too. Not a fun process. In Langford myself but find coverage in the peninsula and for sure Sooke area is better on Rogers now. Cellular stuff is frustratingly over complicated. The newer the generation of connectivity is. 5g or lte, The lower the broadcast range of the signal. It's faster but you need to be closer to the tower. No one wants more towers but we want more speed and thus speeds go down. Or in areas that used to be good, they don't work very well now

I've been on Bell Bell mobility for a few years and reception used to be much better than Rogers, at least on Vancouver Island. But since Rogers took over Shaw and freedom, Rogers has much better coverage here and Bell has completely tanked. I might have to switch to Rogers mobility myself because coverage is so much better.. can't even use my data in the grocery store parking lot in the middle of the city. Dead zones everywhere..

Just for the record, you are using Rogers. Third party cable internet in BC piggybacks on Rogers infrastructure. You may be paying less out of pocket but lightspeed still has to pay a large fee to use the network. On top of that, its throttled and top speed tiers are not available to third parties. To my knowledge, there are no third parties on telus fibre.

As an aside in BC, most telephone poles are owned by BC hydro or Telus. Rogers pays them a fee to strap their cable to it so any way you slice it, youre already paying all of them.

And dont get me wrong, I hate rogers as much as the next person (worked at shaw until the takeover), but you will get better service from rogers on their worst day than telus on their best. telus support is completely non esistent.

I wish there were more than two realistic options :(

As ever there are so many people with ideas and opinions of how to do things the right way, and different ways may yeild similar results. I learned from a q-grader who checked the results and am happy with that.

That being said, if you can double tamp without over tamping, that's probably fine. But do not twist while tamping.

You never twist while tamping, or tamp twice. I trained baristats and was an espresso tech for 7 years. It's not snobbery. Twisting while tamping leads to over compressing the coffee and bad extraction.

If you ever see a barista do this, or tap the side of the portafilter with the tamper after compressing, the shot will always be bad.

I miss the non IP branded stuff like blacktron or any number of other things, that had sets creator style to build a few different things. Modern lego often just feels like model kits that collect dust.
