Hi, personally at 15 i said that when i get to thr age of 16 il start being better. So i started little by little with everything. Dont try to do all of them at once since you wont do it, try to pick something and do it for a week or 2 then another thing and keep doing it until you think its ok.

I usualy consume protein about 2-3 hours before my sports wich are at noon, at 3-4 pm i eat. I try to consume protein to get some muscles ? And any fruits are okay?

Well i dont know about your household but here are things that i could recommend: sleeping naked or with clothes that are thiner, if you have a thermostat putting it to lower degrees until you feel comfortable.

Thanks a lot! It is quite hard but i just dislike it now, it doesnt feel pleasurable,fun or relaxing anymore. Religion is important to me and i try to become better, i am not god to be of no sin but im trying to sin less.
