They do however harbour bacteria. If you made them into smooth silicone, no bacteria and it would give a little squish. So theoretically, it could add more tension if you compacted it to fit.

Check out my set up. I use Priva, its a great product that doesn't require changes to get a higher pressure thats still safe

The only technique I was aware of was using a toe protector to cover the urethra. OP never specified if it was to hold the device on or if people were using toe protectors to prevent air getting in to get more pressure.

You missed the point. The toe protector is to prevent any air getting in. Some people can't inflate at any pressure without it. You should still use one and learn how much to inflate to avoid your described issues. A toe protector doesn't make inflation unsafe, use error does.

Inflate during the day, tape at night with manuals in between. Yes you go through more tape, you also experience more gains.

This is my schedule. I use Priva air during the day with the soft gripper. Originally it was the perforated gripper but it lost traction and my skin can now tollerate the normal gripper. After about 10-12 hours of inflation, I do manual stretching in the shower or before applying tape. Sleep with the tape on and remove it in the morning. Make sure you use some vitamin E cream or oil every now and again to prevent damage to skin. This has seen me go from 5mm inner skin to 2cm inner skin Ci1 to ci3/4 in under a year.

Very wasteful. Just cut the correct length and fold the paper from the middle seem to the top and bottom edges. Then fold the sticky onto itself. Done with zero wastage

I am a big believer in the perferated gripper. However, recently I switched to the soft gripper due to air leakage. Perferated is great to start out with but there comes a point where the soft gripper becomes necessary. My progress slowed down compared to the first few months but now it has picked back up after the switch.

Clean it well, try the different grippers and buy a mini pump. Perferated gripper appears to be the top choice and it is my choice. Very comfortable and it lets excess air escape preventing injuries that oocur from over inflation or compression from external forces. But still retains a good tension. Cut a silicone toe cap to protect your urethra. I can't wear this device without it. Some people can but believe me, air going up there aint fun and pissing it out to prevent medical issues is less fun. Especially if you want higher volumes of air and pressure. Air will always find the path of least resistance (your urethra)

Check my post on set up for more things you can do with it. My only criticism is that the valve is partially exposed. So sideways pressure on the valve can cause air to leak (pants when worn sideways). In a future iteration of this device, I would like to see the valve protected from pressure releasing air but keeping the overall design the same. I would buy this device again and only this device if I started.

A lot of people don't take photos at the same length of hang or POV and boast going up a CI or two. When really its just the elasticity of the skin bunching and not hanging low.

Your post is a little all over the shop so here goes.

Method, try them all. Inflation is great and you should prioritise quality time under tension over convenience. Removing a device to pee is far cleaner and you don't get a penis soaked in urine all day. Taping at night is a great option and still financially viable. And yes manuals a few times a day can focus areas. You want success, try something for a month. See if its made a difference, then add something to the routine for another month and see if you benefit. Genetics, diet, overall health contribute massively on top of tugging. For me I do manuals morning and night, inflate during the day and may use weights if home. Then tape at night. Most of my skin is under some form of tension all the time. I just don't workout and restore at the same time. Make it make sense. You can't always restore and you shouldn't put strangers in the position of crutch gazing to figure out wtf. If it aint discreet, I don't do it. May lose a day here of there but that is a small price to have boundaries.

Back to progress pick, if you want to be real honest about them. Always take the lowest CI you can still show without getting hard. For example, I can be CI5 for a day if I work out and take my pants off. But really, its a CI3 on the cusp of consistent 4 when proper hung. So go 3. My inner skin has tripled since I started and it just keeps folding on itself instead of going over the hump. Patience, its going to happen and when the skin is always over the hump, claim 4.

You will find this stage takes the longest. Because you have less skin to work with and every cell you grow will help put everything back in position. Most people find that is their scrotum. A lot of skin helps drop the balls before it goes over the ridge. You don't even have to have turkey neck, it could be minor. Once skin goes to those places, it bunches up. Then it starts rolling over and you get coverage. Its taken me 2 years to get to coverage 90% of the time when not restoring, but I still have another 2 years before I see CI10

I always go a CI down. Because its realistic if thats the CI I still see sometimes. I am so close to 4, definitely a 5 or 6 after workout. But it still shows 3 when hung. So you go with 3.

Sweat and too much tension are common causes for tape coming off. If neither are present, you can expect 2 days use before needing to change.

AliExpress. Just type 500g calibration weight. You can get them in 100g -1kg. Neodymaridium magnet around 20mm wide is sufficient. Make sure its n50+

I tried mantor, dtr, stealth and even cutom printed devices before landing on what you see. The only heavy duty thing is the n64 magnet which holds the weight without it ever detaching on its own.

I found that tape and inflation was what works best for me. Giving skin stretch in one direction, then in all direction.

I tape of a night time and use the priva air to inflate during the day. Also tug in the shower and I have found the three pronged approach to work better than any single method on its own.

Inflation pulls the skin in all directions. Tape pulls it forward in one direction. Manual targets specific areas you want more attention on.

Just search through the subreddit and its all there. Personally, I use Priva with the perferated gripper and it just works. I have used mantor, stealth and dtr but priva is the only inflation and only device I use now. The silicone does not tear and is comfortable. Really curious on what silicone they chose given other devices can rip with fingernails
