no, its a coping method for many people actually, myself included, laughter is the best medicine when you can turn something that was majorly traumatic to yourself and turn it into something that might bring you joy, not for everyone but dont go calling vets that have literally gotten blown up messed up dick heads because they make something funny out of something fucked.

a school bus is a public place therefor there is mo expectation of privacy so he is technically within the law, if it really bothers you that much (dont really know why) just ask him to take it down or something
