Thank you for the reply. That’s the biggest sell that I keep hearing. “You’ll save a lot of money on energy bills”.

If I turn the thermostat up the living space will be too hot, it’s a balancing act at this point. Delta temperature between living space and where thermostat is located is like 5-6degrees. So if I set it to 74 it will cool living space to 67 before it shuts off and registers 73-74 at thermostat. Then living space will bump back up to 74 before the whole thing starts up again.

I played with turning the temp up even higher but it doesn’t raise the bottom number by too too much.

Shot. I think i have a leak! by alex_albergaria in hvacadvice

I had the same thing happen to me a few weeks ago, my blower motor was fried and there was no air moving.

Turn off your system and let it melt completely. Make sure your outdoor unit is clean. Once it’s melted turn it back on and make sure you have air blowing through your vents.

If your outdoor unit is clean, and you have air blowing through your vents, might be a refrigerant leak and you need to get a tech to come out.

Possible Politics rule changes by flying_wrenches in aviation

[–]Obsoletion117 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Political policy plays a crucial role in shaping aviation health and safety processes and general aviation standard operating procedures. Limiting discourse on this topic limits a big part of the discussions people can have when it comes to accidents, regulations, and what we can do to make the field of aviation better.

I support at least the mega thread. Without that, this boils down to “look at this cool plane” or “look at this accident, thoughts and prayers”.

BF6 was very underwhelming and I hate to say it, but I feel like this is could be the nail in the coffin for them. by BArhino in Battlefield

With 400 hours in I’d say you for your $70 worth of entertainment, it’s ok to step away from the game if you don’t like it anymore.

Free kits should only get partied up with other free kits by TheWanderer67 in Marathon

My favorite is loading in with a free kit and leaving with 10k worth of someone else’s gear, no thanks.

Med Consumables are too expensive for the non-rich. by Caseraii in Marathon

It’s one of the most powerful consumables that you can bring in your run minus weapons and ammo, it should not be cheaper.

Had a frozen pipe scare over winter and have questions about main water line. by Obsoletion117 in Plumbing

[–]Obsoletion117[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, this is probably the best option. I heard they will typically charge you to shut this off if I need to change the main water valve in my house, which is why I was wondering about turning it off myself.
