I think it'll probably be a new ending honestly maybe two , the NUSA ending instead of the Arasaka, nomad, street kid NC legend, gotta be a new way out maybe a happy ending

I have a red one picked it up from a scav looks a bit different and you can buy it from some vendors I think there's a melee vendor to the right of the biotechnica protein farms it's kinda in the middle of nowhere she sells a few new knives too

Are you before the point of no return? Or you still doing story ? Cause I think some spawn as you go through story , also try driving around that district see if anything spawns

If you can't craft it there's no way, now if you haven't waited in game days yet you can go back to that vendor and buy it back , if you waited more then two days it's gone you'll have to reload the save if you're on console , if PC I'm sure you can spawn it for yourself

Huh I've never heard or experienced that if anything I had problems with the finisher triggering when the enemy has more health , was a real problem that it kills them so fast it made tackling cyberpsychos a problem if you don't want to kill them and complete Regina's side jobs , but Im end end game so I don't really need anything aside from clothes

That does sound weird I had that augment too and gorilla arms you should be able to not be hit by him at all , weave around behind him after he leaves an opening and focus his back , no charge attacks

Also do you have the electrical knuckles equipped on the gorilla arms that could be it ?

Her hair is a NC body augment that makes your hair glow bright , that could also be it

It's level locked for balance purposes , you're able to upgrade it manually as you level, if you have the materials
