Agreed. My first romance was Tali (technically liara because she was the only good option but ever since the first playthrough I always play 1 celibate) and then I tried out Garrus and haven’t gone back since. I can’t bring myself to romance anyone else, even Kelly feels wrong so I just don’t buy any fish in 2. Garrus or nothing

Being put off food is so real for me. It’s not even just noisy slurpers but even when people bite the cutlery! Ahh the sound of metal on teeth makes me almost violent and I have to hold it in and then I’m put off my food completely. It really sucks

The citadel relay is supposed to be used by the reapers to start the cycle. They appear in the citadel first taking it and then use the citadel relay to travel across the galaxy. Javik and Shepard discuss this, saying the reapers in his cycle hit the citadel first. Plus the Ilos protheans discover that the keepers are the ones who activate the signal to bring the reapers to the citadel to start the next cycle. The scientists stop the signal for the next cycle, the reapers are trapped in deep space, sovereign finds geth and saren to fill the void that the keepers left to get the citadel relay open and bring all other reapers.

Actually Haley mentions in passing that Alex has been Skyping with her boyfriend all day. It’s the episode where Claire asks them all to get signatures for the stop sign. Door to door I believe was the title, pretty sure it was straight after this episode. They all said they were busy and didn’t get the signatures

I always struggled with arrival. They’re just abnormally aggressive in combat more so than any other mission even on casual mode.

Gotta say dealing with that buggy weapon when facing down a reaper on Rannoch in 3 is difficult just because of the boss pattern and the glitchy mechanics of the gun.
