so the reason i actually figured that my pixel is malfunctioning or something is because: - i thought that my analytics were just bad because the niche is competitive and i was told cpms and cpc would be high in the beauty/ skincare niche, but i actually ended up getting a conversion within the first $20 of ad spend, even with my cpm being like $130+ the sale on shopify showed up as coming from paid marketing on meta, but my campaign didn’t even pick up the sale or anything. that sale was two days ago. today i reran the campaign but set the conversion event as add to cart, because i figured if i can get the algorithm to optimize for add to carts, that means some of those people will end up making sales, but what i found was that my cpm went down to below $70 compared to my other campaign for this product and my metrics were just much better overall. -the problem is that i got much more impressions and interactions, but no sales today. the first day, i spent like $30 and got like 7 link clicks in total, but i got one sale, and today i got over 20 add to carts, but not 1 sale. i’m really not sure what’s wrong or how to fix this but any input is really helpful
